ALL ACCESS Players Club™ Rules
- All Access Players Club members must be 21 years or older
- All Access Players Club allows members to access their Cash Back, Comp Dollars, and Free Slot Play at both Four Queens Hotel & Casino and Binion's Gambling Hall & Hotel (Management)
- Valid photo identification is required to join the All Access Players Club and for all transactions at the clubs or any outlets
- It is the club member's responsibility to properly insert his/her card into the card reader box and verify it has been accepted in order to earn points for Cash Back and Comp Dollars. If card is inserted correctly, the display will say "Welcome" and display the name of the member. If the display reads "Welcome Guest" the member is not earning points. Management is not responsible for a member not earning points. Please see All Access Players Club for a new card to be issued
- It is the member's responsibility to present his/her card to the floor supervisor at the beginning of table game play and ask to be rated. Member will only earn Comp Dollars based on rated play. No Cash Back can be earned on table games. Ratings are based on observation by the floor supervisor
- The All Access Players Club card may only be used by the member named on the account
- When the All Access Players Club card is inserted properly, the member will earn one point for every $5 circulated through a slot machine
- When the All Access Players Club card is inserted properly, the member will earn one point for every $8 circulated through a video poker machine
- Some machines may earn points at a different rate based on type of machine, or may be excluded from earning points at management's discretion
- Every 40 points earned equals $1 Cash Back and $2 Comp Dollars
- Comp Dollars have no cash value
- All Access Players Club transactions must be handled during hours of operation - 8:00 am - Midnight
- Minimum Cash Back redemption or Comp Dollar voucher is $5.00 (five dollars)
- Cash Back and Comp Dollar vouchers must be accompanied by valid photo identification and must be redeemed at the outlet within 24 hours from the date issued from the Club
- Member benefits are non-transferable
- Cash Back and Comp Dollar vouchers are non-transferable and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed
- Management not liable for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of All Access Players Club card
- It is the member's responsibility to keep their PIN confidential
- Accounts with no activity for 13 consecutive months will be considered inactive and all Points and Comp Dollars will be expired
- Management reserves the right to adjust any point balances resulting from malfunction, operator errors, and/or through fraudulent activity
- Management reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any rules, promotion, program, procedure or the card itself at its sole discretion
- Members 55 years of age or older qualify for Club 55. Club 55 offers a 10% discount at both Four Queens and Binion's on standard room rates, regular priced menu items at all restaurants (excludes Subway/Nobel Roman's/Dreyer's Ice Cream), and purchases at Gift Shops (excludes food, cigarettes, cigars, and alcohol)
- Management reserves the right to deny and/or revoke the All Access Players Club membership at any time
- Four Queens, Binion's, Whiskey Licker Up Saloon, or TLC Casino Enterprises, Inc. employees cannot participate in any drawings or tournaments and may not be eligible for select promotions or benefits
- Membership into the All Access Players Club indicates acceptance of all related club rules
- Membership allows Management to use member information for marketing purposes, including, but not limited to, promotional materials and special offers
- Members' personal information is strictly for Management's use and will not be sold or distributed to any other parties outside the TLC Casino Enterprises, Inc. umbrella
- Any disputes or issues not covered by the foregoing rules will be settled at the discretion of Management. Management reserves all rights
